I love this product (Puff Box) LOVE LOVE LOVE it! But I live in the US so shipping fees are just very expensive. My shipping fees are the same cost as my orders. I wish there was a way to avoid paying so much for shipping, especially since the product is very small and doesn't weigh very much

I have used Jac Vapour since Vaping, i have also used other Vapes to trial, however the product and service you recieve from Duncan and the team is the reason you pay slightly more than your mass produced Vapes, with everything design not just to last but proportionate to peoples everyday use (Not Huge). I look forward to more 'Series' being released, keep up the great work Jac Vapour.
Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service. Have been using this company for years. Recently had the latest occasion when I followed up an order with a specific query/request and, as has happened in the past, Duncan could not have been more polite and helpful in dealing with it. Posting this because he and they deserve a pat on the back in my opinion.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, came back to me with a solution within 5 minutes. I have been ordering vape oils and vape units from this company for 3 years and they are superb quality. Great company with great products.
Series B DNA 74W
I wish I could give this product Series B DNA 74W a 5 star rating as it looks great, but it is guaranteed to develop screen issues after 18 months, which can’t be repaired.
I know from experience as I have bought 2 products. First product was Silver and all the silver rubbed off within 1st year and then screen died around 18 months. I hoped this was a rare experience and bought the new black model. Worked fine but again screen died around 18 months.
At £75 each time and having spent around £1000 over past 4 years I have had enough of this company/product. If you plan to spend this much on a vape then I suggest you rather go find a product that lasts and a company that doesn’t ‘misplace’ your devise when you send it in for repair.

Great customer service!
I’ve always received great customer service from these guys from advising me on which type of coil to use to explaining how vapes work to begin with to processing refunds quickly when I accidentally ordered the wrong thing. They always answer the phone straight away and are really friendly and helpful, keep up the good work!

I had a problem with a vaping device…
I had a problem with a vaping device not working, so I emailed their Support service. I got an email within hours, with a concise solution & video help link.
This resolved the problem in a prompt & friendly manner, which I can highly recomend as a support service.
I wish all support services from all suppliers worked so well.

Battery is very disappointing
Bought an S17 vape pen particularly because of the stated battery life. The pen is good bit I am not impressed by the battery.I have to recharge it several times a day.

Outstanding customer service today from Jade! Postal strikes have hindered my delivery and delivered to the wrong address with no evidence so couldn’t even find it (we won’t go there with Royal Joke!!) Jade took full control of the situation and even sent more juice via UPS to ensure delivery by Christmas! Have been using Jac Vapour for a while now as they stock my favourite juice that I can’t find anywhere else and have never had a problem, I live in the south of England and my juice comes all the way from Edinburgh!
It truly isn’t fair that businesses are suffering because of the strikes! I hope UPS becomes an option in future as I do not care to use Royal Mail anymore!

Called regarding order not received and spoke to Jade. Her customer care was exemplary. She took the time to investigate and reported back her findings just as she promised she would. I have been a customer of Jac for some time and never had a problem as the service is so good, however, given this isolated incident due to mail strikes, the customer service received was 5 star. Thank you Jade.
